As part of the section 106 agreement for this distribution park, the provision of a large country park was required. BCA developed the Park masterplan through pre-application consultation with local authorities and key stakeholders such as The Wildlife Trust, Ramblers Association and the British Horse Society.

In conjunction with The Wildlife Trust and the project ecologist, the masterplan was developed to enhance existing and provide new habitats as part of the local Bio-diversity Action Plan. Maintenance Plans have been put in place to encourage the development of these habitats over time.

The amenity facilities with the park include football pitches, lake, trim trail and public art. Plus a bridle way loop around the distribution park, which links into the local foot, cycle and bridle way network.
