An important consideration to our client was the way in which the development was integrated into its rural/
urban fringe location. Substantial areas of land have been allocated around the boundary of the site to create a country park setting in which the development sits. These swathes of landscape serve not only as a means of feathering the development out into the wider countryside but also as a pedestrian/cycle route linking many of the integrated open/leisure spaces together.
