Brookfield Campus

We have been involved since 2017, up to completion in early 2020, in the re-development of the University of Leicester’s Brookfi eld Campus which is a 7.35 acre site comprising several existing buildings including a number of heritage assets that are within a conservation area.

The University wished to refurbish the buildings and landscape and incorporate a new build extension. So the challenge was to develop landscape treatments that were contemporary and met today’s requirements but were in keeping with the traditional elements on the campus.

We have been responsible for all external works from the initial planning application, detailed design and supervision of construction on site.
